St. Mary's Health System orders 2000 individual tea bags a year. One day is set aside to have a "Mercy Tea". A room is set up and employees, visitors and patients may stop to have a cup of Catherine's Comfortable Tea and cookies. Baskets of tea and cookies are then delivered to different departments for the night shift employees and to all off site facilities. Any left over tea is given to the teachers at the local high school.

St. Peters Hospital purchased 500 insert cards to be included in the Patient Care Tote bags. The tote bags contain items that will assist in their full recovery and are given to patients as they leave the hospital. In addition to the tea insert cards the tote bag includes a music CD, aromatherapy candle and a healing prayer.
